Little Dragons

(Ages 4 -6)

Our Little Dragons program is specifically designed for young students ages 4 to 6.  Classes are shorter and repetition is hidden in games and activities to keep students engaged and learning.

Students learn basic martial arts skills along with activities that will develop balance, coordination and strength.  Growing and learning in the martial arts will bring out the confidence and talents of your child.

Tenets of Tae Kwon Do
At SMA these values are reinforced during every class.  
Courtesy refers to the student's ability to respect oneself, as well as others.
Integrity refers to the student's adherence to a personal honor code of behavior.
Perseverance refers to the student holding steadfast to a course of action, belief or purpose.
Self-Control refers to the student's capability to keep their emotions and actions consistent and in balance over time.
Indomitable Spirit refers to a positive attitude and the student freeing their spirit in a manner which enables them to achieve their full potential.

Tae Kwon Do training incorporates a broad range of cardiovascular exercise, self-defense techniques, balance drills, calisthenics and several other physical exercises. Training can improve your overall physical condition, strength, coordination, balance and muscle speed.

Tae Kwon Do can make a real difference in the student's life.  It gives participants the tools for success in life.
